Our CSR Actions

Message from the Founder

The values of ethics, fairness, transparency, respect, kindness, and sharing are the very essence of our Group and have been since its inception.

Our values are non-negotiable, our values are our most precious asset, our values are our future and the guarantee of our sustainability. Our values are shared by all of our employees, where this prerequisite has always been essential for the start of any collaboration.

I cannot envision the Red Med Group in any other way.

It is in this context that the Red Med Group has decided to structure and formalize its role as a responsible actor in the society in which it operates. Our CSR actions clearly represent a conviction, a duty, and a priority.

Today, we are proud to have reached an important milestone in structuring our CSR actions with the achievement of the CSR Label from CGEM in November 2023 for Red Med Capital and Red Med Asset Management. The other subsidiaries will follow this same path.

Ethics

All employees of Red Med Capital adhere to the group’s charter, which ensures ethical and professional conduct towards clients, colleagues, the group, and the external environment.

Furthermore, Red Med Capital acts as a responsible employer by ensuring fairness in terms of career advancement opportunities and compensation. Women represent 50% of the total workforce of the group.

Our staff

RMC, placing its employees at the heart of its concerns, has implemented actions aimed at ensuring safety and well-being at work:

  • Workshops on the key principles of CSR
  • Personal development training
  • First aid training
  • Creation of a relaxation space
  • Organization of CrossFit and yoga classes within the company

Sponsoring and patronage

Red Med Capital is a committed player, notably by supporting nonprofit organizations involved in child protection. Furthermore, Red Med Capital supports the arts by regularly sponsoring the openings of the Ablart Gallery, which aims to be a space showcasing established painters, photographers, and sculptors, as well as emerging talents.

Environmental responsibility

Since 2009, Red Med Capital has affirmed its commitment to environmental preservation by supporting international and national groups in renewable energy and green hydrogen projects. Furthermore, Red Med Capital sponsors events on climate change and participates as an expert.

Red Med Capital has also implemented actions to align with its values by installing solar panels at its headquarters in Rabat and introducing various responsible initiatives, such as ‘paperless’ solutions, including digital business cards and the use of tablets for meetings with clients.

In the last quarter of 2024, Red Med Capital implemented a waste recovery initiative at its headquarters in Rabat.
